Due to the nature of food products, especially perishables such as fruits and vegetables, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product was damaged upon delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is expired upon receipt (non-perishable items only)
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging (for non-perishables).
- Clear photos of the product and issue must be provided.
2. Refunds
Once your return request is received and approved:
- For approved refunds, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchange Policy
We may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund if:
- The product was delivered damaged
- The wrong product was sent
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
4. No Returns On:
- Perishable items after 24 hours of delivery
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Items opened or partially consumed
