Due to the nature of food products, especially perishables such as fruits and vegetables, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is expired upon receipt (non-perishable items only)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (for non-perishables).
  • Clear photos of the product and issue must be provided.

2. Refunds

Once your return request is received and approved:

  • For approved refunds, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchange Policy

We may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund if:

  • The product was delivered damaged
  • The wrong product was sent

Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.


4. No Returns On:

  • Perishable items after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Items opened or partially consumed
